Walk by Faith LLC provides personalized, non-medical in-home support for seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals who
need assistance with everyday activities while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. As a solo CNA-owned business,
Walk by Faith LLC provides one-on-one care with personalized attention from the owner/caregiver.
OUR HOURLY RATES
Companion & Homemaker Care — $30/hour
Companionship, conversation, light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, meal preparation, dishes, organization, safety
observation, and daily-routine assistance.
3-hour minimum.
Personal Care Assistance — $35/hour
Non-medical assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, oral hygiene, eating/meal assistance,
mobility, positioning, and personal-care routines.
3-hour minimum.
Enhanced Personal Care / Memory Support — $40/hour
Dementia/memory support, increased supervision, redirection, cueing, routine reminders, fall-risk observation, personal-care
assistance, meal assistance, mobility assistance, and safety monitoring.
4-hour minimum.
SHIFT PACKAGES
4-Hour Care Visit $140
6-Hour Care Visit $210
8-Hour Care Visit $280
10-Hour Care Visit $350
WEEKEND & HOLIDAY
Saturday & Sunday: $40/hour
Major Holidays: $45/hour
Holiday services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
OVERNIGHT & EXTENDED CARE
Awake Overnight — $40/hour
Caregiver remains awake and available throughout the scheduled overnight shift. 8-hour minimum.
24-Hour Care: Not routinely offered. Because Walk by Faith LLC is currently operated by a solo caregiver, continuous 24-hour
coverage cannot be guaranteed.
Live-In Care: Not a standard service. May be considered only after an individual assessment and written agreement. A live-in
arrangement does not mean continuous 24-hour active caregiving.
ERRANDS, TRANSPORTATION & TRAVEL

Caregiver Mileage — $0.75/mile
Applies when the caregiver uses a personal vehicle for approved client-related errands or transportation. Mileage is separate
from the hourly service rate.
Travel Fee — $25/visit
May apply to clients outside the normal service area. Additional travel charges may apply for substantially longer distances.
CLIENT PACKAGES
Faithful Companion $600/week Up to 20 hrs/week
Faithful Care $700/week Up to 20 hrs/week
Faithful Memory Support $800/week Up to 20 hrs/week
Faithful Companion: companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, meals, routine assistance and safety observation.
Faithful Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal assistance, mobility, light housekeeping and companionship.
Faithful Memory Support: memory support, redirection, cueing, safety supervision, personal care, meals and routines.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours: 50% of scheduled service.
Same-day cancellation: 100% of scheduled service.
Client no-show: 100% of scheduled service.
Emergency situations will be considered individually.
PAYMENT
Payment is due according to the client's written service agreement. Accepted methods may include cash, check, credit/debit
card, and electronic payment. Walk by Faith LLC may require payment in advance for certain new-client or extended-care
arrangements.
SERVICE MINIMUMS
Companion: 3 hours Personal Care: 3 hours Enhanced Care: 4 hours Awake Overnight: 8 hours
